Dr. Rodney D. Robinson Rogers is a pastor, scholar, author, and global leadership architect committed to developing leaders who transform communities and advance human flourishing.

As Pastor of Christ of Calvary Covenant Church Ministries International in Philadelphia, he has led with prophetic clarity and pastoral depth since 2005, shaping a ministry grounded in spiritual formation, justice, and community transformation.

Dr. Robinson Rogers' leadership in Philadelphia began long before his pastoral tenure. In 1999, he served as Director of a groundbreaking urban research project at the University of Pennsylvania, working with renowned principal investigator Dr. Ram Cnaan. This pioneering study explored the impact of faith communities on social services and urban well-being, positioning him early in his career as a thought leader in congregational studies and community development.

A respected academic and organizational strategist, Dr. Robinson Rogers served Bakke Graduate University until 2018 in several historic roles — including Associate Professor of Practical Theology and Family Studies, Director of the Doctor of Ministry Program, and Vice President for the Caribbean, North, and South America Territory. He was the first African American to hold these positions, shaping global cohorts of leaders in urban transformational leadership, organizational development, global urban studies, and practical theology.

He is the President of Covenant International Leadership Training Institute, where he mentors emerging and established leaders through values-driven, contextually grounded training. His international influence includes consulting and teaching roles with the Salvation Army Training College of the Caribbean Territory, El Shaddai Biblical Academy in Harare, Zimbabwe, and the Center for Global Renewal & Mission at United Theological Seminary.

Dr. Robinson Rogers is the creator and host of the Dr. Rodney Unmasked & Inspired Podcast — a growing platform exploring emotional wellness, leadership, aging well, African American male bonding, marriage, and spiritual authenticity.
